Position Title

Registered Nurse (Level 1)

Position Duties

Provide nursing care to patients under the direct supervision of the physician. Administer prescribed medication and treatment. Prepare equipment and aid the physician during treatment and examination of the patients. Observe the patients, record conditions and reactions, and notify the physician of any deviation from normal. Monitor patient's vital signs during and post treatments. Report patient's and unit's problems to the physician and/or the nurse supervisor promptly. Initiate corresponding action from reports of the outgoing nurse. Provide the incoming nurse with concise and accurate report/endorsement.

Rate of Pay

$30.77/hour or $64,002.00/year
