Thank you for your interest in Westways. We are a temporary nurse staffing agency serving Southern California, Nevada and Arizona.

We are locally owned and managed because we believe the individualized service will best address the specific needs of the facilities we serve. We are experts in the health care staffing field and have been present in the hospital community developing the specific knowledge needed to meet the ever changing, day-to-day, supplemental staffing needs of our client facilities.

NON-NURSING
	In addition to our temporary nurse staffing business, we also offer placement services for a wide variety of professional, technical and skilled workers. We work with many large employers in Los Angeles and Orange Counties to fill both temporary and permanent positions.
