Benefits

Westways Staffing Services offers highly competitive wage rates. We pay weekly and offer daily pay advance. Westways also offers a full range of healthcare benefits to regular full-time employees who work a minimum of 130 hours per month. We offer a variety of medical plans to choose from – including HSA plans, Health Savings Account direct deposits, HMO, EPO and PPO plans all with prescription coverage. We offer Cigna Dental HMO and PPO plans, a PPO Vision Plan, EAP plan, and Voluntary/portable Supplemental insurance plans, such as Short-Term Disability, Hospital Confinement, Critical Illness, Accident, Cancer, and additional life insurance through Colonial Life. Westways provides healthcare eligible employees with a free-no cost – Basic $15,000 life insurance policy. Westways contributes a portion towards each employees’ monthly premiums to reduce the cost of group insurance.

Eligibility for benefits requires 130 working hours per month and a 60-day waiting period for regular full-time employees. Eligibility for Travel HCP’s is immediate, with benefits to be effective the first day of the month following the contract start date.

Westways offers an Employee Savings 401k retirement plan through One America Retirement. Employees may defer any dollar amount or percentage up to 100% of their pay weekly into their 401k plan and may enroll after one complete pay cycle. The plan has loan and rollover options. Currently, there is no employer matching contribution to the 401k plan.

Westways pays sick time concurrent with individual state laws (see below for Washington State). We have many client-specific contracts that cover holiday pay for our agency provided HCP’s. The paid holidays are generally New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Washington

Westways Staffing Services offers highly competitive wage rates (pay ranges specific to job posted). In addition, Westways offers Kaiser Health Foundation of Washington to employees who live and work in the state of Washington. We offer Kaiser Health Savings Account (HSA) – with an option to have a portion of your pay for direct deposit to your own HSA bank account, Kaiser Traditional HMO, Meritain EPO (Aetna Provider Network coverage) and PPO medical plans (self-referred to your choice of doctors and facilities). All medical plans come with prescription coverage. We offer Cigna Dental HMO and PPO plans, a PPO Vision Plan, EAP plan, and Voluntary/Portable Supplemental Insurance plans, such as Short-Term Disability, Hospital Confinement, Critical Illness, Accident, Cancer, and additional life insurance through Colonial Life. Westways provides healthcare eligible employees with a free Basic $15,000 life insurance policy. Westways provides paid sick leave in the form of one hour for every 40 hours worked regardless of full-time, part-time, or temporary status. You may carry over up to 40 hours of unused sick time per year.
